It began with a need.

I’m Melihcan Günbay. I founded Bariton not simply to publish apps, but to build the tools I felt were missing from my own life.

The story began while I was preparing for exams. I needed to understand and see information—and revisit it regularly—rather than merely memorize it. When I couldn’t find the tools I was looking for, I began building solutions for myself. Later, I decided to turn them into products that other people facing the same problems could use.

Today, Bariton is a small product studio developing independent apps that make learning easier, answer a real everyday need, and work as simply as possible. Every app here begins not with “Would people really use this?” but with “Does this app genuinely solve a problem?” If you have an app idea you would like to turn into a practical product, you are welcome to get in touch so we can explore it together.
