Scope
This policy applies to the main bariton.dev website. Pangeo and future apps have separate policies describing their own data practices.
Information processed
The Bariton website does not create accounts, serve ads, or track visitors for marketing. Your language, appearance, music, and privacy preferences are stored only in your browser. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error details to secure and operate the service.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics load only if you select “Allow analytics.” Google Analytics may measure page views, sessions, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions within the site, using cookies or similar identifiers for that purpose. Advertising-personalization signals are disabled. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides page-view and performance measurements without building advertising profiles or tracking visitors across websites. Your choice is stored in the browser and can be changed through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Contact
When you email us, your address and message are processed to answer your request. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed; they are not added to a marketing list or sold.
Your choices
You can remove language, appearance, music, and privacy preferences by clearing site data in your browser. To request access to or deletion of email records, contact support@bariton.dev.
